How do you begin to get connected at church? How can you keep from feeling lost in the crowd? No matter how challenging and inspiring you find our worship and preaching, you can still feel unsatisfied and somewhat left out if you don’t build personal relationships.
This is where Fellowship Groups come in.
Across all regions of Canberra, Monday – Friday, small groups meet in people’s homes – at night and sometimes in the day. Our Fellowship Groups are places of pastoral care, prayer support and opening God’s Word together in a smaller community. Our Fellowship Groups are a mix of men and women, different nationalities and ages. We also have specialised groups for women only and mothers with young children.
Belonging to a Fellowship Group is the best way to belong at either SBC or MBC. We have groups meeting in Tuggeranong, Weston Creek, Molonglo, Woden, Belconnen and Gungahlin.
We encourage international students studying at ANU to be involved in OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) Friday nights on campus or the Mandarin Bible Fellowship (MBF) on a Thursday evenings in North Canberra
